The Infinite Unseen

Beneath the raging of the waves,
Under the lashing of the sea,
Ever abides, in depths serene,
Perfect tranquillity.

Mortal beliefs afford no peace,
Their claims afflict humanity;
But Truth reveals to seeking thought
The reign of harmony.

Transcending famine, waste, and war,
The woes that mortals hear and see,
Remains, unsullied and secure,
Changeless reality.

Thus, lifting contemplation high,
From things that seem to those that be,
Man, knit in love to brother man,
Reflects divinity.
