Most humbly I wish to express my gratitude to God for the many blessings which Christian Science has brought to me. I have been healed of the smoking and drinking habits and the use of bad language; also of various other ills to which the flesh is said to be heir. For over thirty-eight years I was compelled to wear a truss for rupture on the right side. I had cherished resentment, and during my study it was revealed to me that resentment must be overcome; and through this overcoming, I had a complete healing and was able to remove the truss. Words are inadequate to express my gratitude for this, and for all the blessings I have received through the study of Christian Science.

I am very grateful to the practitioner, and to all my friends who opened the way to Christian Science for me, and to one in particular who directed my first step in this truth. I am sincerely grateful that I am privileged to be a member of The Mother Church; for the various activities which I have enjoyed; and for all the blessings the Christ, Truth, has brought to me. My heart is also filled with love and gratitude to the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy.
