When we get people looking at the economic world through the eyes of Jesus, we shall have gone a long way toward solving the economic problem. There can be no real racial prejudice in the heart of one who is filled with the spirit of Christ. ...

The rebuilding of individual lives and the rebuilding of our social and economic life must go together. Some will say, like Nicodemus of old: How can these things be? You talk of a world of peace, a world of justice, a world of brotherhood and good will; surely you ought to know that such an idea is only a dream. Can the world be reborn when it is old?
