There was a reference to Christian Science in the Religious Notes of your issue of March 7.

In order to heal by Christian Science it would be necessary to study its textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, in conjunction with the Bible, for there is no other way to understand the demonstrable, scientifically spiritual healing originally practiced by Christ Jesus, and now revived in Christian Science.

Many clergymen own copies of Science and Health, and are finding inspiration and power in its pages, and many doctors are acknowledging the work of Mrs. Eddy and giving it legitimate recognition. At a meeting at Mansfield College, Oxford (England), Dr. Martin Jones, speaking of a woman whose life had been entirely changed by Christian Science, is reported to have said, "I have been amazed from a medical standpoint by people who have gone to Christian Science."
