Paul said, "Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind." In my case sight has been regained by an enlarged understanding of God's Word, as explained by Mrs. Eddy in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." Many times I have been enabled to turn to God, to know it is His power which helps us in trouble, and have obtained the needed benefit. A hernia, sick headaches, and bilious attacks are no longer manifest. Sinus infection, also a throat infection caused from swallowing a chicken bone, have been healed.

One healing for which I am extremely grateful is an adjustment of a dislocated hip of twenty-three years' standing. It had caused a great deal of suffering, but, after receiving one Christian Science treatment, I felt the bones slip into place. For this deeper understanding of God as infinite, all-power, I am indeed grateful.

Christian Science is both preventive and curative. When temptations come I turn to our wonderful textbook and my precious Bible, grown dearer since read in the new light of spiritual understanding, until I know that my thought is strengthened. Thus, in my experience in Christian Science, I have seen the transformation begun, and Truth is able to perfect that which has begun in me so gloriously.
