Our Church

VIRGINIA M. CASSEL

WHEN in sincere desire for truth and good
We break with love the ground of hardened thought,
Lay the foundation of enlightened faith,
Place stone on stone of constant gratitude,
Crowning the structure with a steadfast joy,
Furnishing it with peace and quiet prayer—
When in our consciousness we do these things,
Then do we build and consecrate our church.
