About sixteen years ago Christian Science found me a physical and mental wreck. Through its study and application, I have been lifted out of these distressing conditions. One of the things that afflicted me sorely at that time was stomach trouble in an acute form. Relief and healing came very promptly, and I have been able to enjoy my food without distress. Today I am rejoicing in the spiritual understanding which Christian Science brings to us, teaching us how to eradicate undesirable traits of character, revealing the true man, who is the image and likeness of God. It has taught me to love with that love which gives meaning, purpose, and significance to all things.

I wish to express gratitude for the help that Christian Science gave me when my little son, at that time four years of age, fell out of an automobile. I was not at home when this occurred. Something prompted me to call up my home, and I then learned that my boy was in the hospital with a fractured skull. The doctor's statement was to the effect that he was in a very critical condition and might not live an hour. I called a practitioner and asked for help. The child was healed and today he is enjoying normal health.

I desire to express my gratitude to the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, because I have taken some of the footsteps along the way she has pointed out, and this has caused me to have a better understanding of her and her work for mankind. Many other people in Christian Science have also helped me. I am grateful for membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church, and for the privilege of class instruction.
