I feel it a duty and a privilege to express my gratitude to Mary Baker Eddy for what Christian Science has done and is doing for me. This Science was first brought to my attention in 1916. I had been under a doctor's care for about two years for an infection of the bone in a knee. In these two years I had been in the hospital twice and was considering going again. Then I was told about Christian Science, and I was glad to begin studying it. My healing was very slow, as there seemed much error and wrong thinking to be overcome. However, by the aid of a practitioner and my own study of Science and Health I was healed.

Since this healing I have had many others. My two sons also have had many healings of the ills of childhood. The younger one was healed of scarlet fever in a few days. When my elder son was run over by an automobile, he immediately declared that he was not hurt, and he was protected from harm. In the summer of 1933 I had a bad case of nervousness. I was freed after my first visit to a practitioner.

I am most grateful for the unfolding of the divine Mind in my consciousness, and for all the good that has come and is to come to me, for God is good and good is all. I am most grateful for Christian Science.
