Great gratitude for the help and encouragement I have received through reading the testimonies of others prompts me to testify to the blessings that have been mine since turning to Christian Science. About thirty-five years ago a member of my family turned to this Science for help after all else had failed her, and I began reading the textbook so that I might be able to help and encourage this dear one. I soon found, however, that it was beginning to answer for me a deep desire to know God. I was completely healed of partial paralysis resulting from an accident which injured the spine.

I am sincerely grateful for the loving help and support received from practitioners along the way. There have been many evidences of the healing power of this truth in our family, including the obtaining of business positions and healings of dislocated joints, sprains, eczema, and a limb broken in two places. When the cast was removed, the limb was found to be several inches shorter than the other. Through steadfast help by a practitioner the complete adjustment was accomplished.

My gratitude is very great to our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, as Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, and for this truth which is establishing itself in the consciousness of mankind as individual salvation is accomplished. I am grateful to The Christian Science Board of Directors, for the daily help found through the authorized Christian Science periodicals, and to those who contribute to them as well as to those who edit them.
