With deep gratitude and the desire to help others I should like to relate some of the blessings and healings which I have received since taking up the study of Christian Science.

This wonderful truth was first presented to me about eight years ago when I was suffering from a severe nervous breakdown. I had been attended by two specialists and one doctor in this town, but they had failed to help me out of this discordant mental condition. Although the healing was slow, I never once doubted that I should experience it if I was faithful and obedient to our Leader's teachings. Thanks to the help of two Christian Science practitioners I was completely healed. I am truly grateful to God for His love and protection during this trying experience.

When our little son was born, I was most wonderfully protected and sustained, as according to the doctor and nurse it was very unlikely that the baby would be born alive; but thanks to God and the clear understanding of the practitioner, he was born entirely well; and there were none of the discordant after conditions which were very much feared by the doctor.
