There have been so many beautiful healings in my family since we began the study of Christian Science that I should like the whole world to know just how grateful I am for them; also that I have been able to prove many times that Christian Science does heal, and that it is the truth about God and man—man who is God's own image and likeness, spiritual and perfect.

My first healing was of tuberculosis. For eight years I had been told that I was an invalid and should rest continually in order to exist. After studying Christian Science for six months, and with the faithful and loving help of a practitioner, I was entirely healed of this condition, and was most happy to realize in some degree my birthright as God's perfect child, free from bondage.

My daily prayer is that I may prove my gratitude by following more closely in the steps of Christ Jesus, and that more of the truth, as taught in Science and Health by our beloved Leader, may unfold to me, and my "light so shine" that others may be uplifted spiritually as I have been.
