Having received so much benefit from testimonies read in the Journal and Sentinel, and having proved so many times that "the word of God is quick, and powerful," I wish to give my testimony, hoping it may help someone as I have been helped. I had a very dear friend who was so completely healed through the study of Christian Science that I was thoroughly convinced that Christian Science was not just a "pack of foolishness," as I had always believed it to be. So I decided to investigate it for myself.

I borrowed the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and by the time I had finished reading it I was convinced I needed a copy of my own; so I immediately purchased one.

In the meantime I had had a complete healing of a trouble of long standing, through reading an article in the Sentinel. This healing was instantaneous and permanent. It took place sixteen years ago.
