When you speak or write, always remember to be constructive; never lower yourself to the level of destructiveness. Every problem can be met with a constructive answer. . . .

Criticism need not conflict with destructiveness. . . . The only way depression can be remedied is by restoring confidence. If every student on the campus would speak in constructive terms in regard to this problem, it would be solved much quicker, and in a more intelligent manner.
