In Kvindelig Handelsstands Blad of September is reprinted an article entitled "Good Health." What the author of the article writes of Christian Science indicates a very inadequate knowledge of this religion. I should therefore like to give some information for the benefit of your readers.

The Christian Science movement has not deviated from what was its "origin and destination," and its healing method is not and never was suggestion, but prayer. Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, writes in her book "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 1), "The prayer that reforms the sinner and heals the sick is an absolute faith that all things are possible to God,—a spiritual understanding of Him, an unselfed love." There are some who, because of ignorance, think that this healing method "contradicts common sense"; but those who have experienced its blessings prefer it above all other methods.

In the weekly and monthly periodicals of the Christian Science movement one may find authenticated testimonies of the healing of all kinds of sickness through Christian Science and also of the practical help it gives in all the affairs of daily life. The movement therefore undoubtedly expresses "real good," and this is also the explanation of why in half a century it has circled the globe.
