Evening Sun

A writer in today's issue of the Evening Sun stated there is no evidence whatever that any known course of medical treatment can cure a criminal of his evil ways; that the literature on the subject is simply word chopping, and the great discoveries of its authors have no more logical validity than Science and Health.

That such an estimate should still be entertained of Science and Health is surprising, in view of the more than fifty years of increasing acclaim received by this remarkable book and its author. Thousands of people throughout the world are having no difficulty in studying it understandingly as a "key" to the Scriptures, and in applying its logical teachings in successfully solving the daily problems which confront them. And the final hundred pages of the book contain authenticated acknowledgment from people who have been healed of sin and sickness by reading it—a convincing proof of its validity.

However, in endeavoring to appreciate "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, it is necessary to remember that the major premise of its logic is the omnipotence, omnipresence, and omniscience—the allness—of God, divine Mind.
