The Christian Science Church park fronting The Mother Church edifices which, during the past several months, has been under reconstruction, is now completed. The work done includes one new crosswalk of art brick from Falmouth Street to Huntington Avenue and the relocation of one of the two existing crosswalks.

The approaches now lead directly to the main entrances of the Extension and the original Church on Falmouth Street, also to The Mother Church Administration Building, or former Publishing House. New Indiana limestone pedestals, designed like those on either side of the main entrance to the Extension, support the bronze lamps at either side of the flights of steps leading to the sunken lawn of the park.

During October and November the park was planted with thirty-seven linden trees, with many flowering and berry-bearing shrubs, and with evergreens; in addition, a privet hedge was set all around the park. Next spring, when the plantings leaf and when some put forth their blossoms, the park with its green central lawn will be a place of beauty.
