Many times in the past few years when error has tried to draw me away from serving divine Mind, and especially when discouraged, I have turned to the Manual of The Mother Church and have read in the "Historical Sketch".
Before I became a student of Christian Science I was under the impression that Thanksgiving Day was a day set aside by mankind to thank God for material gifts; but now I realize clearly that to a Christian Scientist every day is a day of thanksgiving.
I consider it a privilege as well as duty to express as best I may my gratitude for the numerous healings, both mental and physical, for which I am indebted to Christian Science.
