I have had many and varied demonstrations of the power of divine Mind since taking up the study of Christian Science. My first healing was of an abscess over the eye, which was healed in one treatment by a practitioner. I knew absolutely nothing about Christian Science at that time. Overcoming a so-called inherited melancholy disposition is one of my greatest blessings, but it has taken much patience on my part. Lost articles have been found. Internal inflamation and influenza both yielded quickly to the touch of Truth. False appetites and unlovely traits of character are also responding.

My reverence and admiration for Mrs. Eddy increase with each day's study of her writings. I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science, and to add that it has never failed me when correctly applied.
