Lecturer: Dr. John M. Tutt; introduced by Mrs. Ella Kundert, who said:—

The promises of Jesus are being fulfilled today through Christian Science. Thirteen years ago this Christ-message found me weary, discouraged, and heavy-laden with ill health; then a kind friend, seeing my need of something more than medical systems had to offer me, informed me that a religion had been discovered that was healing the sick and reforming the sinner, the same as Jesus taught and practiced centuries ago, and that a textbook had been published, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, which was explaining the spiritual import of the Bible so clearly that many were being healed just through reading this book, and others through the prayer and understanding of consecrated practitioners. This gave me a ray of hope; and I had the same experience very shortly afterwards while reading this Christian Science textbook, for I was instantaneously healed of broken arches and a nervous breakdown with complications. The truth had made me free. Each lecture given in a community is helping us to discern this truth more scientifically.
