Four years ago I fell ill with erysipelas on my face, which gradually spread over my whole body. When the physician who had treated me for six months was unable to relieve me, my attention was called to Christian Science. In my distress I turned immediately to a practitioner, and at the first visit she roused my confidence that with God's help she could heal me. I was not mistaken; for within four weeks I was healed. I had often been stricken with this disease before I knew of Christian Science, although not in so severe a form as the last time, yet—God be praised—I have been free from it ever since.
