Grace for To-day*

Grace for to-day! Oh, may we know
The joy these words imply,
That as the seed of love we sow,
We reap our true supply.

Grace for to-day! So let us live
As Christ would have us do;
Learning to love, so shall we give
And prove his promise true.

Grace for to-day! How broad and free
The boundless message grows,
Which like a never ebbing sea
In ceaseless grandeur flows!

Grace for to-day! So comfort springs
In every waiting heart;
The balm of healing with it brings
Love—to fulfill our part.
