My first healing was experienced during a Wednesday evening testimony meeting in The Mother Church. This healing was manifested during the singing of the first hymn. and included relief from a sick headache. There have been unnumbered blessings between this first healing and to-day. Still my humble gratitude continuously returns to The Mother Church for this first experience of spiritual healing, and to the friend who guided me to this place.

Each experience in mastering the false sense of egotism brings a more profound respect for the activities of this church, provided for by Mrs. Eddy through the Church Manual. I am glad for the light which is being received through the study of the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly. I am appreciative of the healings, mental and physical, experienced during the church services. As a teacher in the Sunday school of a branch church, I find much for which to be thankful.

Physical weariness has been overcome to a great extent, so that standing daily for eight hours brings no sense of exhaustion.
