My family and I wish to express our profound gratitude through these pages for the numerous proofs of divine power and Love given to us, and I should like to relate a beautiful healing.

Since the beginning of 1928 I had been a constant sufferer, and in the following spring stomach and heart trouble were manifested. I could no longer work and was confined to my bed. My condition became so aggravated that the doctor gave me no hope; and because it seemed as if my life were ebbing away, my relatives were called home. I had been longing to try Christian Science for some time, but my relatives did not have enough confidence in it. However, in this dark hour my husband asked a Christian Science practitioner for help. When she came she found my relatives deeply grieved and crying, but Truth was soon victorious. The practitioner's great confidence and courage strengthened us greatly. In half an hour I was able to sit up and eat something. In a short time I recovered, and to-day I am in better health than ever before. All my family are convinced that Christian Science alone helped me.
