Overflowing gratitude and thankfulness to God, to Christ Jesus, our Way-shower, as well as to the noble woman, Mary Baker Eddy, and the kind practitioner who lovingly helped me to find the way leading to Truth, Life, and Love, impel me to give this testimony.

Some months ago the presence and protection of divine Love were proved to me through Christian Science. One day our second son, coming back from the fields, wished to cross the street to come home. Just then an automobile appeared, and the child, not seeing it, ran against it headfirst, and was knocked down and rendered unconscious. I heard the crowd cry and someone say that the child was dead. Immediately I recalled what Mrs. Eddy says in her textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (pp. 424:5; 427:32—3 next page); as well as "the scientific statement of being" (p. 468); consequently, knowing and declaring that God is Life and that His child is under the divine protection, full of confidence in God, our Father-Mother, and constantly denying the error, I went to get the child, who slowly regained consciousness. Thanks to Christian Science and to the help of a practitioner, his healing was rapid, to the great astonishment of those around us.

I cannot be grateful enough and thank God sufficiently for the great love He bestows upon us every moment. Daily, my family and I have experienced the great blessings of this new-old religion. Sickness, financial difficulties, and especially mistakes upon mistakes, very often tenacious ones, have been healed through the love of God—Truth, Life, and Love. I should especially like to express my gratitude also for the privilege my children have of attending Sunday school, and I am profoundly thankful for the kind workers who teach them.—(Mrs.) Marie Louise Liechti-Vuille, Aegerten, Bienne, Berne, Switzerland.
