Before coming into Christian Science I suffered from stomach trouble. I had been under the care of the best physicians for several years, but continued to get worse instead of better. Finally, the physicians decided that the only thing to do was to operate for appendicitis, but this I would not consent to; so I resorted to patent medicines and home remedies, but these gave no relief. At last I decided to try Christian Science, of which I had heard a short time before. I went to a practitioner and had three treatments, and was completely healed. Since then I have relied on it altogether. I have also been healed of colds, felon, blood poisoning, sick headaches, piles, and many other ailments.

I am indeed grateful for the many blessings I have received through the teachings of Christian Science, and want to express my heartfelt gratitude for Mary Baker Eddy, our revered Leader, who was so pure as to give this wonderful revelation of Truth to the world.
