Detroit, Michigan (Fourth Church).—Three services will open the new Fourth Church of Christ, Scientist, Chicago Boulevard near Grand River Avenue, facing Nardin Park. Following the Grecian style in the design of the main facade and with the interior utilizing every modern innovation to insure the utmost comfort in seating, heating, ventilating, and lighting arrangements, the new church will take its place among the most beautiful buildings of the denomination in the country.

Cream and golden Minnesota Mankato stone is used throughout the building, with a Doric colonnade supporting a pediment as the feature of the facade. The auditorium, equipped with an indirect lighting system, will seat eleven hundred persons, and accommodations for eight hundred and fifty children are provided in a Sunday school hall below the auditorium.—Detroit News.
