Love's Likeness

CHARLES LOUIS REINERT

If we aspire to love aright
Our brother, ever knowing
That Christ is man's true prototype,
His name on all bestowing,

To us shall Soul reveal the truth
Of son and Father, showing
Behind the mask of mortal mind
Love's radiant likeness glowing.
