Since I heard of Christian Science about a year and a half ago, through a dear friend, and began to study the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I have experienced very much good. Owing to the loss of my two dearest and nearest relatives, I was so ill that even four months in a neurotic establishment were in vain. Unhappy and enveloped in darkest thoughts, I returned again to my empty home. But all grief and suffering disappeared in three treatments given by a Christian Science practitioner. Through God's almighty help and presence I feel so strengthened and well that I can fulfill all my household duties cheerfully, and with a new pleasure in life.

How happy I was when I was privileged through God's infinite love and goodness to give my little nephew treatment at the time of a severe attack of fever! My one desire is to learn more and more of the truth about God, to be always able to serve my fellow-men with God's love and truth, and to lead the life of a true Christian. Next to God, I am deeply grateful to our noble Leader, Mrs. Eddy, and to the practitioner. May discouraged hearts gain new hope through my testimony; and may they, as I do, always remember the wonderful words, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, . . . who healeth all thy diseases."—(Mrs.) Gussy Reuter, Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
