Our Leader

ELEANOR G. R. YOUNG

FIRM as Truth's own foundations
Her faithful teaching stands.
Hushed are the scoffing voices,
Silenced the mocking bands;
Before the world-wide healing
Her purity has wrought,
Mankind stands back astonished:
What has this woman taught?
Only the old, old lessons
Of Jesus, proved again,—
Freedom from doubt and sorrow,
Healing from sin and pain,—
By tender, Christlike ministry
Made plain for all humanity.
