I wish to express again my gratitude for Christian Science through the columns of our beloved periodicals. For many years Christian Science has been Comforter and physician in our home, and a family of four has been reared according to its teachings. These children have been taught the truth, and many times I have thanked God for them and have profited by their purity and receptivity.

One day the children were gathered around the table having their luncheon, when the two small boys became involved in an argument which in a moment led to their uttering unkind and personal remarks. The sister, who is nine years old, up to this time had kept silent, but now she looked up and without any preamble said, "Thou shalt not kill." This produced instant silence; and then she went on, "You know, boys, Christian Science teaches us that a hate-thought is a kill-thought, and when you express hate you are breaking the sixth commandment." When the luncheon was over, two little boys left the table rebuked and chastened, and I thanked God for the child's clear vision of Truth and for His Word.
