HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA (First Church).—Services of First Church of Christ, Scientist, are now being held in the main auditorium of the new edifice, at the corner of Eleventh Avenue at Twelfth Street. The architecture of the new church is a modified Gothic, using a rough textured gray brick with stone trimming. Two entrances, facing Eleventh Avenue and Twelfth Street respectively, lead into a spacious vestibule and foyer. The auditorium has a seating capacity of about four hundred. The board of directors' room is in the tower of the edifice. Rooms for the Readers, soloist, and others are located on the main floor. The Sunday school rooms and heating plant occupy the larger portion of the basement.—Herald Advertiser.
