Seven years ago we decided to try Christian Science for my husband, who was having nervous trouble. At that time I thought I did not need it; but I found later, as I studied, that I had found something quite contrary to what I thought Christian Science was. I found it to be something which not only heals physical ills, but gives one a joy and peace and a sense of gratitude to God for all blessings, which I had never experienced before. I was healed of influenza in one week, and had no after effects whatever. The children have been quickly healed of whooping cough, mumps, and colds, and are learning through the help of the Sunday school to apply this teaching truth to their own problems as they come to them.

For the physical healings we have had I am very grateful, but more so for the understanding of God and of man's relationship to Him that I have gained through the study of Mrs. Eddy's writings.
