It is with a heart full of gratitude for Christian Science that I offer my testimony. Over eighteen years ago I realized my first healing through it, when the words, "Man's extremity is God's opportunity," were proved true to me. I had come to a place in my experience where I felt that nothing more could be done for me. I had just undergone an operation for throat trouble, which was fast developing into lung trouble. My father had passed on with the latter disease, and my mother felt sure that I would do the same, as I had been delicate from childhood; and I too feel that such would have been the case if it had not been that Christian Science was brought to me at that time and healed me. Having continued the study and practice of Christian Science, I now feel stronger and better in every way. I have had many proofs of God's loving care over us.

I wish to express my gratitude to our revered Leader for revealing this truth in our age, and also to the one who brought Christian Science to me, and to those who have helped me on the way. I am also grateful for class instruction. I am not only grateful for the blessings which have come to me, but for the help which my loved ones and all mankind have received from the teachings of Christian Science.
