Some time ago I was led to Christian Science in a wonderful way. I believed myself to be subject to material law, so that I knew nothing but care and sickness. When my husband was called to the colors, I felt very lonely, and I daily prayed to God as my Father. God, whose love is infinite, sent me a Christian Scientist, so that I was soon rid of my worries. But that was not all. Through God's great love I soon learned that He not only eliminates care, but also heals disease. For a long time I had been suffering greatly from abdominal trouble; in fact, I had already undergone two serious operations, but without being healed. It became clear to me that God alone can help; and when I received bad news from the doctor, I called on a Christian Science practitioner the same day. She was very hopeful; and after two visits I was entirely healed. To-day I am hale and hearty.

I am grateful to our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for having shown us the way. Moreover, I never hear my husband complain any more. These are all signs of divine Love, to whom we are greatly indebted. Through my daily study of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I feel more and more God's love and goodness, which He shows us daily and will continue to show us.
