Christian Science teaches that God being infinite Spirit, His creation must be spiritual,—like producing like; that God being divine Principle, Love, His creation therefore must be the expression of divine Love; also, that God being infinite, omniscient Mind, creation must consist of divine ideas, spiritually mental and not material. Thus, Christian Science is not pantheistic. It does not say that God is in the tree, the rock, or the rose, as they seem to exist to the physical senses. It declares that creation lives, moves, and has its being spiritually in God.
