I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science and for the many blessings I have received. A little over three years ago I was healed of influenza and double pneumonia, after a doctor had practically given up hope of my recovery. I have also been healed of valvular heart trouble, from which I had suffered since childhood. I was never allowed to run and play like other children or to exert myself in any way. I was always told I must not do those things, as it was bad for my heart. Never in my life have I enjoyed such good health as I have since taking up the study of Christian Science.

We have had many beautiful healings in our home. One for which I am especially grateful is a healing my mother had of a serious internal injury, which the doctor said could not be helped except through an operation. I am so glad that through the study and application of Christian Science this condition was completely healed.

We have so much to be grateful for that I do not think we can ever thank God enough for His goodness. Just a short time ago we again had occasion to be exceedingly grateful for a healing which was brought about for our little dog, through the loving help of a practitioner. While we are grateful for all these blessings, we are most grateful, I think, for the spiritual understanding which comes through the earnest study of the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. I am deeply grateful for the little knowledge I have of Christian Science.
