I had been confined at home for about two years with neuritis. Before this time we had had many proofs that Christian Science does heal; but in this particular case I received no apparent help, and so a doctor was called. At times I experienced temporary relief; but finally he told me that he had done all he could, and that I should probably be lame all my life. After trying electric treatments, massage, and spending months in California, I decided to read "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy for myself. This I had not done before, thinking it was sufficient to ask help of a practitioner. Through reading this book, and with the help of a practitioner who taught me how to study, I soon found myself healed of neuritis. Constipation, sick headaches, spells of unconsciousness, and sleeplessness have also been healed. I have discontinued the use of glasses, which I had worn since a child.

I have daily proof that divine Love is omnipotent and is instantly available. For this I am sincerely grateful.
