I had been a great sufferer for six years from internal inflammation. At times I was utterly helpless. For three or four days every few weeks I could not lift my head from the pillow. In my extremity a good friend told of wonderful help she had received through a Christian Science practitioner in a near-by city. I went to this lady and stated my case. She began treatment for me, and in one week I was ready to go home. That was ten months ago. I can truthfully say I have not been in bed one minute since on that account.

I have had many discordant conditions healed through Christian Science, such as fibroid tumor, rheumatism, bronchitis, and many other troubles; but the healing I spoke of first is the most wonderful to me, for I had suffered so long I was almost desperate. I have also found we need to demonstrate all the way.

Words cannot adequately express how thankful I am for Christian Science, not alone for these physical healings, but because it is my constant comfort and help in all things. By our constant use of this truth do we show our gratitude for our revered Leader's life among us.
