I took up the study of Christian Science early in 1913

I took up the study of Christian Science early in 1913. Though it was through curiosity I began the study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I tried to demonstrate its teachings as I went along; and I am happy to say it has been of much benefit to my family and to me in many ways. The few physical ills we have had have been healed without the use of medicine. The most notable experience was an attack of erysipelas last November. The help of a Christian Science practitioner was secured, with the result that I was quickly restored to normal health.

Though always thankful for all benefits received through Science, I must acknowledge that I have been slow in giving proper expression to my feelings so that others may be benefited by my experience. I hope by this testimony to partly pay my debt to divine Love for the many benefits received.—Waterman A. Bowen, Yakima, Wash.
