I wish to express my gratitude for the wonderful help I have received through Christian Science. From early childhood I possessed a very melancholy disposition; and as I grew older it seemed to increase, until at times the mental depression was so great as to seem almost a form of insanity. I hated religions of all kinds and wanted nothing to do with a God who sent nothing but temptations, sorrow, and afflictions to His people. After manifesting all sorts of troubles and ailments through so many years of wrong thinking, I was led at last to apply to Christian Science for help; although I had no faith in it and did not believe anything could ever change my way of thinking. I did receive the help I needed. It was some time afterward, however, before I took any real interest in Christian Science or wanted to understand it.

It is over two years now since I began to study Christian Science in earnest. I can truthfully say that with the loving help of a practitioner and the study of Mrs. Eddy's wonderful book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," many ailments have been overcome both for me and for my family. My husband was cured last winter of a severe attack of pneumonia in two days; and my little daughter and myself were both cured of influenza. The melancholy disposition has also been overcome. I am truly grateful for all the help I have received. It is wonderful to know that God is Love.—(Mrs.) Vera Storm, Erie, Pa.
