I am deeply grateful for all that Christian Science has done for us, and is doing for all mankind. It is now twelve years since I took up the study of this Science, and words fail to express my gratitude for the many, many blessings that have come into my life through this beautiful truth. The peace, the harmony, and the spiritual uplift received I can never express in words. Our daughter has been healed of abscesses, croup, throat trouble, and sprained ankle. Last spring (1921), she was beautifully healed of a serious condition of the throat and ears. I do not know what the name of the disease was; but I do know that to material sense she was very ill, and I have never ceased to be grateful for the patience and the loving help that was given at this time. Several nights, when things looked dark during this test, I read the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy nearly all night; and also some of our hymns were such a comfort to me. There seemed to be a great deal of fear to overcome.

As for myself, I was enabled through Christian Science to lay aside a support which I had worn for eleven and one half years for hernia. I have also been healed of colds, coughs, dizziness, toothache; and worry and fear have been eliminated to a very great extent. My gratitude for the spiritual understanding of God and man is unbounded to God, to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower, and to our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.
