A number of years ago, through the healing of a member of our family, I became interested in Christian Science. To see one who had been extremely ill for months restored completely to health and strength in a few weeks, awakened in me a great sense of wonder and a desire to know more of a religion which could produce such practical results. I had always been searching for something, I knew not what, but now understand it was the desire to find God; and through the study of the Bible in the light which "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy has thrown upon it, I am gaining a practical knowledge of God, which was never found in the former search through many modern writers and poets. This understanding of God has been applied to the many problems which arise in the rearing of a family of young children. In proportion as Christian Science is faithfully applied, I find that the problems are solved. Physically, it has helped me in countless ways in the care of my children. They have been healed quickly and completely of measles, whooping cough, influenza, and chicken pox.

The knowledge of God's protecting care has been a strong tower to me at all times. Deep gratitude is due to Mrs. Eddy for restoring the Bible to its proper place in the lives of countless people in this age. In the home Christian Science is a daily help, teaching me how to be patient; how to trust God and overcome fear, worry, anxiety, irritation, and to live more wisely day by day. While I realize that I have only begun to gain a glimpse of this wonderful truth, I am grateful that the light is shining on my path, and that it will shine "more and more unto the perfect day."—(Mrs.) Georgina F.
