I, too, have experienced the blessings of Christian Science, and gratefully recall a healing which took place in the autumn of 1920. I had contracted an extremely painful cold of the bladder, which, in spite of constant treatment with hot compresses, together with remedies prescribed by a physician, would not yield. A short time before I had heard of Christian Science, and had at times read something on the subject. My daughter now wrote to a Christian Science practitioner for help; and absent treatment was kindly given me. I stopped using medicines; and a short time after the practitioner had received my letter, I was completely freed pain. I thank God for His help, and think with gratitude of Mrs. Eddy, whose work, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," has made it possible for us to know God's allness aright.
