It is with a heart full of love and gratitude that I send this testimony, in the hope that it may help some one who is seeking the truth. Like many others, I did not take up Christian Science until as a last resort. I was indeed very ill. The doctors diagnosed my case as severe spinal trouble, gallstones, and compaction of the bowels. They stated that if I lived until morning they would operate upon me, and it was then that I asked if I might have Christian Science help. Within less than half an hour after the practitioner was called I was greatly relieved, and that night slept soundly and rested for the first time in many nights. Upon awaking the next morning I arose and dressed, and my healing was complete. More than four years have elapsed since this healing, and there has been no return of the trouble. Many other discordant conditions have yielded to this new-old truth; and I am also very grateful for the spiritual blessings received.

I am truly grateful to our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, and to the practitioner whose loving service opened the way for me to a larger understanding of the Bible and of the Christ, Truth.—(Mrs.) Jane Adams, Twin Falls, Idaho.
