I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the good which I have received through the study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy and of the Bible as interpreted by her. I had been taking medicines for over eighteen years for a chronic stomach trouble, and now for seven years the healing truth as revealed in Christian Science has been my only help. It has enabled me to overcome nervousness, misery, and fear. Christian Science was not by any means easy for me to understand, and many times have I been tempted with discouragement; but I kept on reading, and finally the light came, and now I know that nothing is impossible in Christian Science and hope I shall some day be able to help others. While I am grateful for the physical help, yet the spiritual uplift that has come to me through this study, means more to me than words can express. I am truly thankful to God for the revelation of this truth, and my desire is so to live it that others may know it by its fruits.
