In June, 1910, I had diphtheria, and the attending physician said that if I were no better the following day he must use antitoxin. The help of a Christian Science practitioner was asked for and within a week I was able to do all my housework. Treatment was continued for two weeks, during which time I was healed of a skin disease with which I had been afflicted all my life. I was also healed of bowel trouble and of an abnormal growth which I greatly feared would become malignant. I have been able to overcome a sense of loneliness and fear of staying alone at night. I feel that I cannot be grateful enough to Mrs. Eddy for what Christian Science has done for me, and for pointing out the truth.
