For ten years Christian Science has met my every need, and during that time I have had many proofs of the power of divine Love. I am especially grateful for the healing of a varicose vein. For over two years I was very conscious of the pain, and to hasten in my walking or to run was a physical impossibility. My physician told me that I could never be healed without having an operation, which I had about decided to undergo when my wife, who was just at that time taking up Christian Science, prevailed upon me to go to a practitioner and see what results I would get in a week's treatment. When I left the practitioner's office the first day I could not see that I was any better physically than when I entered, but I did feel the spiritual uplift. After the third treatment I walked out of the office permanently healed.

My wife and I have received many blessings in Christian Science and are indeed thankful to God and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for the many proofs of Mind's power to overcome error.—W. T. Hawley, Los Angeles, Calif.
