In grateful acknowledgment of the many blessings received through Christian Science I send this testimony, hoping that it may benefit others who are seeking aid. The study of this religion was taken up first with a desire to get relief from a very obstinate stomach disorder of years' standing, which resisted all material remedies. This was overcome in a short time through the help of a practitioner and the earnest study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. I learned that Mind alone governs man, and lost the fear that food could have power to distress me. Later I noticed that frequent attacks of a throat affection which had troubled me since childhood had entirely ceased. As I continue the study of Christian Science I find that many small ailments which used to hold me in bondage have disappeared, and faults of disposition are growing less apparent. I am learning that as I hold fast to the enduring, the good, and the true, these are brought proportionably into my experience. Through the study of Science and Health in connection with the Bible, which was always a closed book to me, the Scriptures take on a new and beautiful meaning.

I am thankful to God, our heavenly Father-Mother, and to Christ Jesus, our blessed Way-shower, also grateful to Mrs. Eddy, our revered Leader, for revealing to us this truth, which indeed does make men free.
