For at least eight years my health and spirits have been so much better and brighter than formerly that I cannot help feeling it is very ungrateful both to God and to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, to have withheld my testimony so long. Weak lungs, extreme nervousness, rtheumatism, chronic bowel disorder, and stomach trouble are only a few of the ailments I have been freed from through Christian Science. I have not taken a drop of medicine or a pill in all these years, whereas before I was never without at least one remedy to take every day.

My progress has been very slow, and I am not very wise in Science yet, but knowing of the error in belief already destroyed I am confident that by more diligent study and application of the truth I shall attain better understanding. I am so situated that I cannot attend church, hear but few lectures, and seldom meet any Christian Scientists, so I am doubly grateful for our literature, which is a great help to me.—(Mrs.) Mildred Strayer, Middletown, Pa.
