Funds of The Mother Church

"Inclosed find draft for twenty-six dollars, a contribution to the War Relief fund. For some time I have wanted to contribute to this fund through my own effort, and divine Love opened the way. During the holidays I worked in the jewelry store of a friend and I gladly send you my check. Am grateful to have the opportunity to help."

"I am inclosing a check for fifteen dollars for the War Relief work, and would like to express my gratitude for the privilege of helping in the great amount of good being accomplished through our committee. When I read in the Sentinel of the good work being done, joy and gratitude fill my consciousness for the awakening to Truth of so many who were in darkness before, and of what this means to them, as well as the financial aid received, and I long to be able to help to a greater extent. I am glad that the inclosed small amount may do its 'bit.'"

"Please find inclosed a check for thirty-eight dollars and fifty cents, a contribution to the Real Estate fund, and a slight expression of our gratitude for all the blessings that have come to us through the knowledge of Christian Science. We have recently moved to a larger hall, and it seemed fitting that one of the first collections taken in this place should be used to help forward the work of The Mother Church, from whose activities we derive so much benefit."
